Our local brings together workers across worksites and employers. Together we raise wages, strengthen benefits, and push for safer, fairer workplaces — and we are not done yet.

Land acknowledgment

We acknowledge that we live and work on Indigenous lands. We are grateful to the peoples who have cared for this land for generations, and we commit to respect, truth, and reconciliation in our work as a union.

Equality statement

Union solidarity is based on equality and mutual respect. We neither condone nor tolerate behaviour that undermines anyone’s dignity. Discrimination and harassment divide us — and weaken our shared fight for wages, safety, and justice.
